A suite of tiny songs, written near & about the beach. These were written between 2012 & 2015 in New Jersey, while I lived in Linden and Union Beach, and they were originally recorded for the "Stiles" project that I've been writing for over the last several years.

The original idea was to put out an anthology of tiny albums, under the guise of two kids making loud, obnoxious music in their garage. As raw and unpolished as the original tracks were, the songwriting was there and always deserved a more refined approach to re-recording. What was originally going to be the fifth and final installment of the series, became a collection of the best songs, redone and improved upon.

The tracks within are the definitive renditions of each song, recorded in a "cleaner" manner than their original versions, and the album is assembled in such an order to create the perfect fictitious set list... All for a band that never existed.

This album is best enjoyed as a whole piece, so they say. Surf's up. Greetings from the Chemical Coast.

Un conjunto de pequeñas canciones, escritas cerca y sobre la playa. Estos fueron escritos entre 2012 y 2015 en Nueva Jersey, mientras vivía en Linden y Union Beach, y fueron grabados originalmente para el proyecto "Stiles" para el que he estado escribiendo durante los últimos años.

La idea original era sacar una antología de álbumes diminutos, bajo la apariencia de dos niños haciendo música fuerte y desagradable en su garaje. Tan crudas y sin pulir como estaban las pistas originales, la composición estaba ahí y siempre mereció un enfoque más refinado para volver a grabar.
